I have been playing the harp professionally for over 15 years. Throughout the years I have played for weddings, funerals, church services, but I also play background music for private parties, such as anniversaries, fundraisers, holiday parties, banquets... I am a classically trained musician, and I am very partial to the music of the Baroque masters, and some romantic composers. But I enjoy playing a variety of styles: sacred, popular, show tunes, musicals, Irish, Latin ...

The harp is a beautiful, soothing, elegant instrument. It provides the perfect background for your special celebration, whether you are celebrating a wedding anniversary, the birth of a child, fundraising for your favorite charity, opening a new business, or just providing a distraction for patients waiting in a hospital.

Weddings

I can provide background music for weddings, prior to the ceremony, during the ceremony, or during the reception afterwards. A normal wedding ceremony usually includes prelude music, a processional, a recessional, and postlude music at the end. It is also fairly common to provide additional music during the ceremony, during the lighting of the Unity Candle, or during Communion, or a moment of prayer, etc.
